Payment information is processed by Stripe and is not stored by Work Games.

3. Google Calendar Integration

Work Games offers an optional Google Calendar integration. This section describes how we handle data related to this feature.

Calendar Syncing

Users may choose to connect their Google Calendar account to Work Games. This connection is entirely optional and is initiated by the user. When connected, Work Games can read calendar event data from the user's Google Calendar.

Meeting Data We Collect

We do not import or store all calendar data. We only track the specific meetings that the user explicitly chooses to import into Work Games. No calendar data is accessed or stored without the user's active selection.

Write Access to Google Calendar

Users may optionally grant Work Games additional permissions to propagate changes made to meetings within our application back to their Google Calendar. This write access requires the user to explicitly grant an additional scope during authorization. If the user does not grant this extra access, Work Games will operate in a read-only mode and will not modify any data in the user's Google Calendar.

Revoking Access

Users can disconnect their Google Calendar integration at any time from their account settings. Upon disconnection, Work Games will no longer access the user's Google Calendar data.

The use and transfer of raw or derived user data received from Google Workspace APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)

For users located in the European Union, we process personal data based on:

• Contractual necessity to provide the Service
• Legitimate interests in improving and securing the Service
• Compliance with legal obligations
• Consent, where explicitly requested

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data.

We may share data with trusted third-party service providers for:

• Hosting and infrastructure

• Payment processing

All service providers are contractually obligated to protect your data.

6. Data Retention

• Data is retained while the account is active.
• We reserve the right to delete account data after two months of account inactivity or termination.
• If you request deletion, we will comply in accordance with applicable laws.
