Daily Work Boards

Work Games gives every team member a personal daily board and every team leader a team daily board for planning and tracking daily work.

Personal Daily Board ("My Day")

The personal daily board is where each team member plans their day. You can:

• Add tasks from the backlog, goals, or sprints to your daily plan
• Add meetings and other non-task activities with time estimates
• Set a daily goal line — a target for how much work you aim to finish today
• Drag and drop to prioritize the order of your tasks
• Track progress in real time as you complete items throughout the day
• Lock in your day to commit to your daily goal and earn bonus XP

Game Mode vs Standard Mode

My Day supports two display modes:

• Game mode: Tasks display as quest cards with XP values, completion animations, and drop rewards
• Standard mode: Clean, minimal task list without game elements

You can toggle between modes at any time without affecting your data.

Team Daily Board ("Team's Day")

The team daily board gives leaders visibility into the entire team's day:

• See every member's daily plan and progress in real time
• View lock-in status — how many members have committed to their daily goals
• Monitor completion rates across the team
• Identify blockers and flagged tasks that need attention
• Start cooperative team quests (Co-Op) from the team board

Co-Op Tab

The team daily board includes a Co-Op tab where team leaders can:

• View and manage AI-generated team quests
• Start the team's day (activating quests for members who locked in)
• Track quest progress as team members complete tasks
• End the day and resolve quest outcomes
