GitHub Integration

Connect your GitHub repositories to Work Games for seamless development workflow tracking:

Google Calendar Integration - Coming Soon

Sync your calendar with Work Games to see meetings alongside your daily task plan:

• Calendar events appear on your daily board as time blocks
• Meeting tracking — meetings count toward your daily plan and can contribute XP
• Time awareness — see how much available time you have for tasks after meetings

Activity reminders

A daily activity on your board — a five-minute walk, a lunch break, a focus block — can push a reminder to your own Google Calendar, so Google notifies you when it is time:

• Opt-in, one activity at a time — you pick the time on the card, for that day only. Nothing is added to your calendar automatically, and no team leader can schedule into it
• Private events — the event is created with private visibility, so colleagues who can see your calendar see a time block, not what you are doing
• Removed when the activity is — completing the activity, dropping it from your day, or removing the reminder deletes the event again. Work Games only ever deletes events it created itself
• Your preferences — reminder lead time, whether the event shows you as busy, and which calendar receives it are all in the calendar dialog's settings
• Needs permission to create events — the first reminder asks Google for calendar write access. Until you grant it, Work Games cannot create anything
